2022 Camp Registration Info!

1. To secure your spot you must register online and pay the $100 per family non-refundable application fee
2. Once your online registration is complete. Please print out the application form follow the delivery instructions 
3. We have a full snack bar available where kids can purchase lunch or treats
4. Camp dates may change based on Cherry hill school dates.
5. A Barclay Farm Swim club membership is not required for camp but is discounted for swim club members.
6. We do not provide bussing of any type. Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation to and from camp. We also do not take any field trips.
7. At our "camp site" we do not have any "indoor spaces". We do not have an "art cabin" a "science room" or a "dining hall". Our kids play outside, swim, eat lunch, and complete all crafts and activities in the fresh air. During rainstorms, the cover is taken under the main and snack bar pavilions.
8. Our Attendance Policy- In the past, we have not charged for days that your camper misses camp- even when you originally planned to attend.
9. Camp expenses are eligible for reimbursement through Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, by referencing the Barclay Farm Aquatics Team (BFAT) Tax ID / EIN: 46-0554705.
10. This is more important now than ever! We do not want anyone to feel pressured to send sick kids to camp because "you had to pay for the day anyway." You will not be charged for any missed days. We do ask for you to complete a "camper schedule", but that is so we can plan activities and staff accordingly.

Campers will enjoy a wide range of activities including:

• Swimming and diving

• Science Projects

• Ga-ga ball

• Arts and Crafts

• Weekly "special" days  (Like alpacas visits, carnival days, etc..)

• Weekly newsletter to see what is going on at camp

• Singing and Dancing

• Full snack bar for lunch, ice cream, and candy

• Science Projects

• Water safety

• Kickball, basketball, and soccer

• Swimming  lessons (separate registration required)

•  "Cudas in Training" swim team (kids still learning to swim) (separate registration required)

• Swimming and diving teams (separate registration required and camp only kids can and are encouraged to join)
