Important Dates

  • May 26 - June 3: 4:30pm - 5:30pm & 5:45pm – 6:45pm
  • Friday, June 4:  4:30-5:30pm only!
  • First Day of Regular Practice:
    • June 7 (Follows the practice schedule below)

Swim Practices (All practices are open to all ages)

  • Morning practices will be 75 minutes and will be the same workout.
  • The evening practice will be 90 minutes.  Will be the same as the morning practice with a little additional work.
  • Swimmers will be split into lanes based on their age and their swimming ability/speed. 

Practice Schedule

  •  Monday-Friday
    • 6:45 - 8:15am:  11&12 and older
    • 8:15 - 9:15am:  8&U and 9&10
  • Monday-Thursday
    • 8:00-9:30pm:    All age groups   

Practice may include the following:

  • Warm-up
  • Drill set
  • Endurance Set
  • Speed Set
  • Cool-down
  • Technique work
  • Starts
  • Flip-turns
  • Finishes

​Important Note:

  • Swimmers must participate in 3 practices each week in order to swim in the meet
    • However, we encourage swimmers to come to as many practices as possible.
    • If you are unable to make 3 practices but will be available to swim for the meet (i.e. summer camp during the week), make sure to talk to your swim coach ahead of time.
