Early Evening Practices – 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Monday – Friday

Late Evening Practices – 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm Monday – Thursday
- Practice will include the following:
- Warm-up
- Drill set
- Endurance Set
- Speed Set

Important Notes:
- Swimmers placed in lanes by times:
- This allows the swimmers to get a better workout and it also allows our coaches the ability to pull an individual swimmer, or a small group of swimmers, aside for technique work without stopping all swimmers.
- Swimmers must participate in 3 practices each week in order to swim in the meet.
- However, we encourage swimmers to come to as many practices as possible.
