Hill Building 

Overview

The Hill Building is available for hosting a wedding, reception, family reunion, birthday party, baby shower, business or church event, Book Club and many other types of gatherings.  Conveniently located near I-64 and I-295 near Richmond International Airport, The Hill Building is easily located and accessible! 

  • 2,400 square feet room accommodates 250 people
  • Handicapped accessible and large parking lot
  • Full kitchen includes stove, microwave, refrigerator and 400 lb capacity ice maker
  • 40 - 6 ft. rectangular folding tables
  • 2 - 5 ft. round tables
  • 200 folding chairs
  • 2 additional service entrances for ease of delivery, decorating, catering and clean up

 

 

Rental Information

  • Rentals are available to both Sandston Pool members and non-members. 
  • Current pool membership is required for member pricing.
  • Rental is from 9am - midnight. 
  • Dates will not be held without a security deposit and signed contract.
  • Alcohol is allowed on premise with a valid ABC license.
  • We do not require the use of preferred vendors.
  • Security deposits are due at the time the rental contract is signed.
  • Rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event date. 

Pricing

Sandston Pool members:

  • Rental is $500 per day
  • Refundable security deposit is an additional $350
  • Day before or day after is an additional $300
  • Weekday rates
    • ​$150 deposit
    • $50 per hour

​Non-members:

  • Rental price is $1200 per day
  • Refundable security deposit is an additional $600
  • Day before or day after is an additional $400
  • Weekday rates
    • ​$400 deposit
    • $100 per hour
