| How to sign out your athelete from a swim meet or commit tthem to being there: |
| Instructions here Remember - if you don't let coach know that your swimmer won't be at a meet bu the deadline then they will be entered into a race. If the coach finds out late that the swimmer will not be there then they will be scratched and our team will not be able to field a swimmer for that race. Swimming is a team sport! no swimmer in a race means less points for the team. |
