Stroke and Turn Information

Throughout the season, Stroke and Turn officials work very hard to officiate a fair meet for both teams.  If your swimmer is disqualified (DQ'd) during an event, the Stroke and Turn judge will complete a form at the time that documents why the swimmer was DQ'd.

At Tuesday practices, the coaches will review the DQs with swimmers to try to correct the stroke for the next meet.
