Welcome to the 2023 Belwood Dolphins Swim Team registration! The registration process is simple for both new and returning members. Using the Team Unify site you'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily track information about swim meets, team activities, and volunteering. Please check the FAQ section of our website to learn more about the 2023 Belwood Swim Team. We look forward to having you join the Belwood Dolphins this summer and are excited for an opportunity to compete at the pool!

Belwood Summer Swim Team Membership Types:

"Class A" Members: Paid Belwood homeowners association (HOA) members.

"Class D" Members: For swim team registration purposes, check "Class D Member" if you are a Class D member paying membership dues to the HOA this year. If you are a paying Class D member, you get to use the Belwood facilities anytime while life guards are on duty.

"Attached" Members: Attached Members do not live in the Belwood neighborhood OR are not paying Class D HOA members. If you are an Attached Member you only get to use the facilities during swim team functions like swim practice, spirit activities and swim meets. Check our website FAQs for more information.

 

* If you are a Belwood neighborhood resident make sure that you have paid your HOA dues before you start the registration process.  HOA members who have not paid dues will not be allowed on the swim team.

** Please make sure that your Team Unify account information is updated. It is important that the SMS field on the "My Account (Account Contact Information)" page includes your cell phone number so that you can receive text messages from the Belwood Dolphins.

**** During registration "Team Unify" will ask for the first date your swimmer participated in a Belwood Swim Team (this helps us keep track of ten year towel achievements). The month and day are not as important as the year. If you are a new member please use June 1, 2023.

***** Registration payment is by check only. You can mail a check to the PO box address provided to you during registration or you can drop a check off at the pool during our designated time TBD. Checks will not be cashed until you are officially enrolled in the program (after waitlist closeout). We will hold checks for several weeks. Please see FAQs for more information.
