Exeter Eels Swim Team

 

Welcome to the Exeter Eels Online Registration for the 2021 Swim Season!

ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL OPEN MONDAY May 3rd and will close May 15

**We understand that pools in surrounding areas are limited and it is our greatest intention to serve as many swimmers as possible.  However, in the event that we have to limit registrants, preference will be given to Exeter families, and families who have previously swam with Eels. **

Exeter Families are encouraged to register by May 8th!

At which point we will be notifying swimmers who live out of the area if they are eligiable to swim in their age group

The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easy access to swim meets, sign-up for volunteering, see your children's swim-time histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

THE REGISTRATION PROCESS:

  1. Complete Online Registration: Each Swimmer needs to be registered one at a time, including agreeing to all waivers/commitments. 

  2. New-Swimmer Try-Outs: Monday, May 10th and Tuesday May 11th -  Beginning at 5:30pm

  3. Pay Registration at the EUHS Pool:

    1. Monday, May 10th and Tuesdsay, May 11th - Beginning at 5:30pm

    2. Checks/Money-Orders:  Amount for each registered swimmer​

  4. First Day of Practice will be on Monday, May 17th from 6pm-8pm (10 years and under 6-7pm and 11 years old and up 7-8pm)

  5. Attend Mandatory Parent Meeting:  Monday, May 17th at 6:00pm.

 

**Our Season will run from May 17-June 25!

FEES FOR SWIMMING ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • 1 Swimmer Registration: $65

  • Registering 2 Swimmers: $10 Family Discount ($120 total)

  • Registering 3+ Swimmers: $15 Family Discount ($195 total)

  • High School Swimmer: $45 (Age 15-18 or has completed their freshman year)

REFUND INFORMATION
VERY IMPORTANT--Swimmers who choose to quit/leave the team after registration will NOT be issued refunds. No other refunds will be given. Know this when completing your registration process.

**All New Swimmers must meet team requirements by being able to swim across the length of the pool (25 yds) unassisted in under 2 minutes.  If your new swimmer does not pass the try-out process, your Exeter Eels registration will be cancelled. Do not pay registration or deposit until your try-out process is successful.
