The meet will begin at 9:00 AM and will conclude at about 4:30 PM each day. There will be no lunch break.

All events are timed finals. There are no qualifying heats.

The order of events is as follows:

*​This fun and exciting relay consists of one swimmer from each age-group beginning with the youngest and progressing to the oldest (6&U; 7&8; 9&10; 11&12, 13&14 and 15-18). Each swimmer will swim one 25 yard length of freestyle for a combined distance of 150 yards.

WARM UPS

We have done our best to provide all the pool space we can for warm-ups. Teams will have three to five warm-up lanes based on the number of athletes they have traditionally brought to the meet.

TIMERS, JUDGES AND COACHES

The judges and coaches meetings will both begin at 8:30am on both days. Timers will be called at that time to report to seats behind the starting blocks for an orientation and timing system test. Please be on time.
