Welcome to WCSC 2021 SWIM TEAM Registration

Welcome to the Walnut Creek Swim Club Electronic Registration platform for this season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

In addition to the electronic payment process there are five agreements you will accept as part of the registration process:

  • WCSC Medical Release and WCSC Liability Release and Permission to Use Likeness
  • WCSC Code of Conduct and Refund Policy
  • City of Walnut Creek Aquatic Waiver
  • City of Walnut Creek Consent to Treat Minor
  • City of Walnut Creek COVID

The following is swim team information for the 2021 season. We are hoping to have a similar season in 2021 but will need to adjust according to county/city guidelines. You can use this as a reference but this will change as we get new information regarding what is allowable for the swim season and meets. 


This year we will again be requiring a $500 refundable work deposit from each family. The purpose of this deposit is to help eliminate no-shows.

As most of you are aware, running a swim meet requires the participation of all team members. In order to ensure an equitable distribution of this commitment, all parents are asked to begin the season by selecting a minimum of 6 dual meet assignments. In addition, each family will be expected to work at the All-City Meet and Conference Meet, as well as Woodlands Invitational and County if applicable. When you sign up to work a meet, you must show up on time and be ready to work. If you cannot fulfill your obligation, we ask that you use the team roster to find someone to cover the job for you, or hire a sub. You must then notify the jobs coordinator of the substitution:  [email protected] (workers must be at least 16 years of age).

If you fail to show up for a job, or fail to have a replacement, $50 of the volunteer deposit fee will be assessed. The fee for hiring a sub is $50, and does not affect your $500 volunteer deposit. If you hire a sub, you will pay them directly. There is no penalty for using this option.

Don't want to work your jobs? We are offering a $650 buy-out at the beginning of the season. If you choose this option, we will not ask you to fulfill your 6 dual meet job commitments,  (All City meet & Conference Meet are still required), and will use your buy-out to payment to hire a sub to complete the work commitment for your family.

Your volunteer deposit check of $500 will be due before participating in Time Trials.
