Payment Policy


  • All registration fees must be paid in full prior to entry in the first meet in which the swimmer participates. Anyone who has not completed online registration two weeks into the season will be contacted; registration fees will need to be paid before participation in a meet with the final decision made by the Executive Board.
  • Swim fees can be paid throughout the season. Families can choose to pay ahead of fees being posted. Fees can be paid online or directly to the treasurer. Payments should not be left with the coaches.
  • Financial aid is available to those families who communicate need and fill out a financial aid application. This form is available upon request from the treasurer. Applications must be filled out within 15 days of the first day of practice to be eligible for aid. Applications will be approved on a case by case basis by the Executive Board. Applicants for financial aid will be expected to participate in volunteer opportunities throughout the season. Applicants with a past due balance will be examined by the Executive Board and approved for financial aid on an individual case basis.
  • It is strongly recommended to have fees paid in full by the end of season banquet. Fees not paid by the end of season banquet for senior swimmers or swimmer-coaches will be deducted from any team award payments or coaching salary.
  • Any swimmer with unpaid fees from a previous season will need approval by the Executive Board before participation in meets or practices.
  • All decisions regarding past due fees and late registration will be made by the Executive Board and those decisions will be considered final.
