In preparation for tomorrow's Aquathlon, CST swam another open water workout on Saturday morning at Divi Little Bay Beach. It proved to be the most successful yet, as swimmers learned more advanced techniques involving the start of the race and more. Good luck to all CST swimmers competing in the Aquathlon at Mullet Bay Beach tomorrow.

After a shocking beginning, Carib Swim Team swam an incredible amount of best times. The meet proved to be a good warm-up for those going to the Guadeloupe meet in December. For those not going, it was a great final meet of 2019. Among the highlights was seeing a lot of our swimmers compete in their first meet, and doing so admirably. Great job CST! Individual results are available on the website (but not on Meet Mobile).

We have completed the process of upgrading the lanelines, and they look sharp! Most importantly, no more swimming through broken off pieces of plastic!

We have the new shirts in. They are our traditional red team shirt, but with the new logo. We have several different styles, including hoodies. Have a look in our team office!

CST hosted it's first distance meet, featuring longer events. Despite many of our swimmers competing in events for the first time, they swam bravely and raced very well. Congratulations to all. Results are available here on our TU site, and also on Meet Mobile.

Carib Swim Team enjoyed a fun family night at Pineapple Pete restaurant. We would like to thank Pierre and his staff for a wonderful night, and again for sponsoring our seasonal shirts.
