Alex Chan

Alexander is an Australian trained physiotherapist who graduated from University of Melbourne in 2002. Since graduating, he has worked in several large private practices in Melbourne, with his practice primarily focused on rehabilitating people with shoulder, back, and neck disorders. He has also managed multidisciplinary pain management programs. In 2012, he moved to Hong Kong and has continued working clinically at PhysioCentral.

Alexander has also been involved in various elite sports teams in Australia and Hong Kong (VFL Northern Bullants; Hong Kong Rugby 7s; Hong Kong National Cricket teams; Hong Kong Davis Cup). He has also worked with individual elite athletes at the Hong Kong Sports Institute and at international sporting events (Tennis – ATP Challengers/Futures, ITF tournaments; Badminton – Hong Kong Super Series)

Siobhan Haughey

Siobhan Haughey was born in Hong Kong, and attended local school in Hong Kong before recently graduating from the University of Michigan in the United States.

She is Hong Kong's leading swimmer and is the Hong Kong national individual record holder in the 50, 100, 200, 400 metre freestyle, and the 200 and 400 IM. She is also on the record holding team in the 4x100 and 4x200 Freestyle. She won a gold medal in the 100-metre freestyle at the World Junior Championships in 2013. In 2016, she was named Swimmer of the Championships at the Big 10 in the US and helped lead her University to the team title.

She qualified for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, and was selected in the women's 200-metre freestyle and 200-metre individual medley winning her heat in the 200-metre freestyle. She qualified for the final of the 200-metre freestyle at the 2017 Aquatics World Championships where she finished 5th. At the 2019 World Championships in South Korea she came 4th in the 200 Freestyle, missing the podium by only 0.2 seconds.

Angela Hau

Angela is a full-time Sport Psychologist in the Hong Kong Sports Institute. She is also a registered Psychologist of Hong Kong Psychological Society. Her work includes conducting high performance consultation with athletes, organizing educational seminars and workshops for athletes and coaches, developing effective performance enhancement programs, and providing

on-field support for athletes training and competing both local and overseas which includes the World Championships, the Asian Games and the Olympic Games.
