Underwater Video Analysis

Swimmers of any age or ability are welcome to come to the clinic and have their stroke analysed.

It is and incredibly powerful to see yourself swimming under the water. More often than not our mental image of how we are moving our body is incorrect, and there is no hiding any weaknesses in your stroke from the camera. Using our top of the line SwimPro camera system and the skills and expertise of our professional coaches we will highlight the technical changes that you need to bring your swimming to the next level. It is not very often that you get the chance to have one of the top coaches in the world comment on your strokes on an individual level!

HD footage – All footage will be 1080p HD footage shot with our top of the line SwimPro cameras.

We will be offering two types of underwater analysis:

These will be held periodically and consist of swimmers coming in and swimming two 25m's of a stroke, and having it analysed by coaches. Our first clinic is upcoming in January at West Island School, with strokes being analysed by multiple U.S. Olympic coach Todd Schmitz!

2. One on one sessions - Please click here for more information

One on one sessions will be a one hour long private session where swimmers will be filmed by the coach from multiple angles, given feedback, and will receive footage via a USB stick.
