Varsity Swimmers are expected to attend 5 practices a week (listed above). T-Th AM

Varsity Swimmers who have a zero period may attend the T-Th afternoon practices to satisfy the 5 practices requirement.

*Club athletes are able to attend 4 hours a week of MCHS practices and must attend the Tuesday/Thursday AM practices (5:30am-7:30am) to satisfy their 4-hour requirement.

*Club athletes with a zero period must attend practices Monday/Wednesday afternoons to satisfy their 4-hour requirement.

FS Athletes are expected to attend ALL home swim meets, The South Bay Invitational and Bay League Finals (@ MCHS) and assist with set up, tear down and timing.
