Welcome to the Miami Rowing Club Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming rowing season!

We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration.

MANDATORY WAIVER FOR ALL ROWERS BEFORE START THE SEASON

The process is simple for both new and returning members. Once registered, you'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily see your statements, invoices, sign-up for volunteer jobs, maintain your own login and contact information, and more.

We will send the link for the 2022-2023to complete the waivers.

All waivers are mandatory to participate in any race during the Season.

We offer a variety of rowing programs for boys and girls, 6th to 12th grade as follows:

Middle School Program (2x) -

Two sessions a week:  Tuesdays and Thursdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays 4:30 - 6:30 pm

High School Program:  Monday to Friday, 4:30-7:00 pm and Saturday 7 to 10am

The Training Program is continuous for the Season starting in the fall until the States Champs.

If you are not able to pay in full, we divide the total tuition into 4 payments. (This payment is the cost of the complete Season). We finish our official season with MIR.

The due dates do not represent the actual weeks of training. Tuition will not be pro-rated.

The cost of each program is as follows:

Middle School 2x:

Tuition:  Four payments of $325 (at registration, Nov 1st, Jan 1st, March 1st) 

Equipment Fund Contribution (tax deductible):  $300.00 due at the registration (only one payment)

Equipment Fund Contribution (tax deductible):  $300, due at registration. (EF not refundable)

High School Program:

Varsity only Tuition:   payments of $570 at registration, and 3 payments of $470.00 Nov 1st, Jan 1st, Mar 1st.

After the Sweep State Championship, will charge an extra fee until Regional and them, the boats qualified for National also will charge an extra tuition.

Novice Boys and Novice Girls $470 at registration and 3 payments Nov 1st, Jan 1st, Mar 1st

Equipment Fund Contribution (tax deductible):  $300, due at registration. (EF not refundable)

A 10% sibling discount applies, only for the Tuition. Not Equipment Fund

All payments received after the 5th day of the month when they are due will be subject to a $25 late payment fee.  No athlete will be allowed to practice after the 5th of the month until all dues are paid.

We really urge families to register their credit card (VISA/MC) for Auto Pay in the system. WE DONT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for withdrawals during the season.  The only exception is due to serious illness or injury and upon immediate written notification (within 48 hrs) to [email protected] and production of a doctor’s certificate. 

Equipment Fund there's no refund under any circumstance in case that you are dropping off your son/daughter from the program you will have the refund for tuition according to the athlete's attendance.

Also, we collect $25.00 for administration fee.

In addition, please note that every family is expected to volunteer with at least 20 hours work (plus help for the Miami International Regatta) or pay a $300 fee in lieu of volunteering.
