Happy Monday!

What a strong showing by our RENO swimmers this week down in Henderson at the Nevada State Short Course Championship.  We have lots of medals and ribbons to hand out!

• We will have a 15-30 min State Awards Celebration + Meet and Greet with the Head Coach and family on this Sunday 11/20, 10:15am at NW.

The Blue and Mini groups have no changes at this time.  Changes have been posted to our website and via email last week.

Interest in Holiday Training Trip to Mesa, AZ???

We would like to gather an interest list for a Training Trip open to around 20 senior and national group athletes for December 26th - 31st.  We would train in Mesa Arizona and swim twice a day (alternating LCM and SCY).  Approximate cost for travel and lodging is $800.  Currently 6 athletes have interest.
