Week 8 It's hard to believe that the 8-week summer fitness challenge has already come to an end! We hope everyone had fun, but we really cannot wait until we can all be together again on the pool deck. Here are the final resuts! We want to thank Emily Fritz and Ian Hansing for this idea to keep us all connected and having fun while staying safe during this challenging time. RSTA is lucky to have such committed coaches! Results from Week 4 of the 2020 RSTA Fitness Challenge are here! With the reopening of some Reston Association pools, swimming laps this coming week will now also count on next Saturday's entry form. Week 3 Results Alex Randerson continues to hold the number one position! We had an upset for the 2nd place individual with a strong showing by Coby Loveranes, who earned a whopping 84 points for the second week in a row! Shout out to our 3rd place individual, Morgan Sivak, with a pretty amazing weekly total of 78! Team results: The Lake Audubon Barracudas continue to hold onto first place, with the Ridge Heights Sharks circling the water looking to take the lead! Full results are located here.

Results from Week 1 of the RSTA 2020 Summer Fitness Challenge can be found here! It's not too late to join the challenge! Record your participation weekly on the form here. Make sure to keep your own record of miles throughout the week, and then record your totals on the form by 10:30am each Saturday. Full details of the challenge are explained here.
