Unfortunately, completion of the Reston Community Center pool renovation has been delayed and will impact next week's planned start of RSTA Winter Swim. At this time, we are anticipating being able to start the sessions in early February. Week 7 (Dual Meet 6) Results Summary RSTA teams competed in their sixth and final dual meets of the 2019 season on Saturday, July 20. Records were broken across four of the eight RSTA teams this week. Following an extended delay due to a strong storm that rolled through, 330 swimmers participated in the RSTA Individual Medley (IM) Meet on Wednesday, July 17 at Lake Newport pool. At this annual meet, RSTA swimmers from all age groups compete in the 100 Meter Individual Medley, an event in which each swimmer swims 25 meters of each stroke in this order: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle.
