How do I know how many service hours I have worked?

Answer:  To check service hours: Login to Click “My Account,” “My Invoice & Payments,” and then “Service Hours” to view your service hour balance.

How do I know if I have covered my service hours?

Answer: Under the worked tab above, you will find all the service hours you have rendered for the current session. The left most tab will show your balance. If you have worked over the required 8 hours, this number will show up as a negative number.

PLEASE NOTE: even if you have covered over 8 hours prior to our mandatory service hour meet - you are still required to fulfill said mandatory hours during SW ZONE MEET (4 hrs.).  Service hours DO NOT roll over into the next session.

How do I sign up for a meet?

Answer: To sign-up for a volunteer job for meets, please log into using chrome or a similar web browser.

Members are required to complete a minimum of 8 service hours.

Word from Coach Mark

"Staying Motivated during Summer"

One way to stay motivated this time of year is to constantly remind yourself that a worth-while pay-off lies ahead.

A new, healthy, stronger you are emerging. Effective, consistent swimming will not only improve your overall health and fitness, but will also improve your appearance, energy level, and social interactions.

Also, you can look forward to the many psychological benefits as well: confidence, self-esteem, and relief from depression, anxiety, and work stress.

If you are serious about your health and well-being, you will get serious and begin a more consistent weekly program, you will benefit in all these ways.

Once you see the results, you will become even more motivated.

Action creates motivation!
