Goodbye Words Of Encouragement To PALM Teammates:
No matter how much you want to quit after a hard practice or a period of adding time, don't. Take it from someone who gave up. Never give up no matter the results of your race. Push harder. Practice until your body gives out. Put your heart into it, and keep going.

What Will You Miss Most About PALM:
The TEAM, our PALM Family.  I have been through tears of laughter and sorrow with these people. I've made friends I'll never forget. Also, Coach Heath is a second dad to me, and I will miss his advice and concern for me and all of his swimmers.
