Team info: H2O Swim Team is an intimate team where children will be able to learn and develop a solid foundation to succeed. 

When it comes to learning how to swim and develop, most swim teams will hire a part time/amateur coach without prior experience for their beginner groups. In order to keep their program running, your children will be stuck in the same group for an excessive amount of time without even learning. However, H2O Swim Team has a different approach, in our program swimmers will be working with very experienced coaches who have passion and loves working with children. 

Please give your children the chance to thrive in this sport. Having a solid swimming background, with a great foundation, will get them in the school of their dreams.

Team Groups:

Penguins:

In this group, swimmers will be working on improving their stroke technique to make them ready for the next level. Swimmers must be able to legally swim Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke or Butterfly, perform a compact dive, and flip turns. This group will practice 4 times per week, each session is 45 minutes minumum.

High School:

This group is a new group for High School swimmers, aged 13 and above, who enjoy the sport but need to improve their swimming skills. This group will practice minimum 4 times per week, each session is 45 minutes long minimum. Swimmers must be able to swim all 4 strokes.

Dolphins:

In this group, swimmers will be working on improving their stroke technique, learning about swimming rules and are introduced to competitive training principles. Swimmers must be able to legally swim a 100 IM, perform open turns, flip turns, and a shallow dive. This group will practice minimum 4 times per week, each session is minimum 1 hour long.
