Senior Group Practice Schedule:
Monday through Friday 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM

***All Wednesday afternoon practices are 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM @UCSB Campus Pool 

*Monday and Thursday* Dryland 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Saturday Mornings: 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM

Mid-week morning practices are available by Head Coach approval. Practice times are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 AM - 7:00 AM.

Senior Group Rate:
$200 per month

Senior White Description:

The Senior White group is designed for swimmers age 14-17, with an eye towards transitioning from advanced age-group to senior-level swimming. Emphasis is placed on improved techniques, aerobic conditioning, goal setting, and race strategy.  Senior level training concepts and philosophy are introduced and developed.

Recommended Practice Attendance:

Minimum four practices per week for best results and continued improvement.

Dryland is strongly encouraged; weights are accepted by our Strength Coach only.

If swimmers would like to join Senior Blue, attending all six workouts per week (Monday – Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings) is encouraged. High attendance, a consistent work ethic, character, attitude, commitment and a desire to attend additional training sessions will result in the athlete being considered for Senior Blue.

Senior Blue Description:

The Senior Blue group is an elite training group designed for athletes aged 14-18, with an eye towards preparing swimmers for Sectionals, Junior Nationals, Nationals, and beyond. Training includes eight swimming sessions per week, two-three strength training sessions per week, and core strength work. Emphasis is on setting and achieving goals via a comprehensive competitive swimming program. Focus is on understanding training principles, setting and achieving goals and maximizing realized potential while exemplifying a sound work ethic, strong leadership, character and positive attitude.

Practice Attendance:

Minimum seven practices per week as follows:

Monday-Friday afternoon; Saturday morning.

***Tuesday or Thursday morning (Freshman and Sophomores).

***Tuesday and Thursday morning (Juniors and Seniors).

Attending Tuesday and Thursday morning each week will be allowed upon Head Coach approval.

***Morning attendance is not meant to be a perpetual “make up” option, but one that enhances and compliments the training cycle***

Dryland and weights required. 

Missed practices are accepted for school, church, or family obligations and emergencies, but Head Coach must be notified and approval be given in advance.
