PREREQUISITES Must be able to swim 25 meters of the pool demonstrating freestylebackstrokebreaststroke, and butterfly staying horizontal from the head to the feet.
DESCRIPTION The focus of this group is to refine and continue to develop the swimmer’s skills. Conditioning, endurance training, and racing is the focus of Senior level swimming.  Swimmers generally compete in local "BRW" level swim meets and travel out of the region. Swimmers are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions offered each week. Skills are still being developed to advance to the next level. The next progression is based on achievement (Senior Blue).
FUNDRAISING Senior White will be responsible to participate in one major fundraising activity per quarter of the team year. Fundraising activities are used to meet the team's budgetary needs to support team operations. Quarters 1, 2, and 3 will consist of smaller fundraisers with the equivalent of $30 fundraising/donation required each quarter. Quarter 4 will consist of our largest fundraiser the Swim-A-Thon, sponsored by USA Swimming. $75 per swimmer is the minimum required for the Swim-A-Thon event. The total minimum fundraising requirement for the year is $165.
