Masters Registration Form can be picked up at your first practice or printed beforehand. You must fill it out in its entirety, include payment, and a copy of your US Masters membership, and hand it to a coach or deposit it in the payment box in the Swim Club Office.

For SBSC insurance purposes you are also required to be a US Masters member. You can sign up for USMS on their website www.usms.org.

Every athlete, including punch card and drop-in visitors, is required to be USMS registered.
