From Coach Kimi: This was our first home meet of the season with all groups who can attend in-season meets, and there was a tremendous turnout. Thank you families for adhering to the Covid-19 protocols of masking, parents staying in the stands with athletes on deck, and maintaining social distancing. We know many of you probably have vaccines, and we appreciate you still adhering to these rules. Also, big thanks to the parent volunteers. Especially those who filled roles at the last minute since not all were full. We know...

FROM COACH KIMI: This weekend's meet at Santa Clarita was a really great way to get back into away meets. Parents did a wonderful job being timers and marshalls and cheering behind the fences. Athletes were really great about wearing their masks to and from their races, adhering to the warm down pool limitations, and staying 6ft apart, especially when coming to talk to coaches after their races. Age Group raced really well, and did an awesome job on their skills like leaving the walls correctly, breathing patterns, and having...

Some swimmers were introduced to the 200 yard races, Sasha K, Ella H, Brianna A and Charli R were nervous, but their preparation and race strategy empowered them to race smart! I saw a lot of "light bulb" moments at Finale where the Shark swimmers took the knowledge and skills from this season into how they race. It was an exciting meet and...
