Level 2
Grades: 5th through 8th Graders
Purpose: Continuing to learn the proper stroke technique, increasing endurance and effort from Level 1, fun
Practice Attendance: up to 4 practices a week (recommended 3/4)
Optional Meets: there will be meets mentioned in each weekly email, which are specific to Level 2 athletes
Description: These are NOT learn to swim or lessons. These swimmers are able to legally complete a 50 of each of the 4 compeititve strokes, and are working towards 100s and 200s of strokes. They should also be able to complete legal flip turns and legal starts off the starting blocks.
