Welcome to the Y-Spartaquatics Swim Club Online Registration platform for our 2022 - 2023 swim season!

We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. This process is simple for both new and returning members. You will complete the registration through your own private account that will also enable you to easily declare for swim meets, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, receive team communications and more.  

 

NOTE:  If you already have an account, you should log in to your existing account before registering.  Please remember to update all your swimmer's information (including T-SHIRT SIZE, school grade, medical concerns, etc).

 

*** IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW SWIMMERS / FAMILIES ***

All new swimmers need to have an active YMCA of Greater Spartanburg membership.  This can be set up at the front desk of the Middle Tyger YMCA or online at www.spartanburgymca.org (select Membership - Manage my Y Account - Sign Up).  You can then register your swimmer for swim team on the Team online platform. (www.goCUKES.com)   

 

The registration process is not complete until your online submission has been approved and your YMCA Account on file has been charged or payment has been received at the front desk (at one of the YMCA of Greater Spartanburg branches). 

As part of the registration process, you will be required to agree to four separate pages:  Release and Waiver of Legal Liability and COVID-19 Guidelines, Terms and Conditions for Participation, Parent & Athlete Code of Conduct, Safe Sport and YMCA of Greater Spartanburg Membership.  You can download a printable copy of these pages by clicking the link for a "printable copy" as you go through the registration screens.  You will also be able to access them under the Member's Page on the website.

Three things to remember during this process:

1.  Your YMCA Membership must be current and active (in good standing) for your swimmer / family for your swimmer to be a part of the YSSC Swim Team.  Your "Home" YMCA Membership must be a YMCA of Greater Spartanburg membership and not another YMCA.

2.  YMCA Membership is a separate form / draft that is not included in this online process.  It must be completed at the front desk at the Middle Tyger YMCA or online at www.spartanburgymca.org.  

3.  The monthly draft for the swim team is separate from the monthly draft for your YMCA Membership.   The swim team draft will be processed through your YMCA account on file. By completing the online registration process you are granting permission for all swim team fees to be processed through your YMCA account on file.  (If you prefer a different method of payment, this will need to be handled at the front desk)
