Welcome Back Parents

Parents you are now welcome to sit in the bleachers and watch practice! MASK REQUIRED the entire time you are in the facility and you must social distance on the bleachers. Parents will be allowed to sit in the bleachers NOT walk on the pool deck. We as a coaching staff ask that you simply watch practice and do not try to talk to your athlete while they are practicing. We need their full attention on us, the coaches. If you can not follow the mask/social distance rules or become a distraction, we will ask you to stand outside the pool area. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Practice Arrival and Pick up

This is just a reminder that  ALL  athletes should arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before the start of practice. This allows time for check in and getting ready to get in so we can get in on time. All pick-ups need to  arrive 10 minutes before the end of practice to ensure an on time pick-up.

Vandalism

It has been brought to our attention that some people have been writing on the bottom of the pool and on the walls. After speaking with the college director, please understand that any athlete caught doing this will have serious consequences. If caught or found guilty of marking up the facility you will be immediately removed from the team, reported to the college where they then ban you from the facility and because it is a form of vandalism, a police report will be made and a fine to follow for the damages caused. We are lucky to have the facility that we do and we would like to keep it in great shape.

Gear Requirements

Just a reminder that from Gold group and up to Senior you need to have the following gear. Finis Agility paddles, Speedo switchblades fins, and a snorkel, preferred the Speedo bullet head but it is your preference. You can find all of these on our CAS swim shop, swim outlet, or Amazon.
