Learn to Paddle Para Canoe

The Paracanoe Learn to Paddle Program is an adapted paddle program for people with physical challenges/disabilities. The sessions offer an opportunity for people with disabilities to come down and try it out!

Coaches and volunteers work in a friendly, knowledgeable and safe environment to help you explore the range of adaptive equipment and get out on the water.  No paddling experience necessary but participants must be comfortable in and around water. This program will be hands on with coaches and volunteers, and will be in small groups.

High Performance Para Canoe

Paracanoe (Canoe, Kayak and Va'a) includes men and women with physical disabilities (spinal cord injury, amputation, cerebral palsy, Les Autres) racing in 200 meter flat water sprint races, in lanes 9 meters wide.

Intensive practices for those athletes aspiring to international competition. These sessions will be dictated by the coach and can run from 3-6 days a week. This program runs year round.
