SDSU Concession Events - added

There were requests to see if Brookings Swim Club could get some more SDSU Concession shifts lined up, at the last board meeting, for those families that haven't had a chance to sign up for their 4 required shifts.  the following dates have been added to the Event section on Team Unify.

Janu 20th - Food Concessions - 4 volunteers needed, track meet at SDSU SJAC

Jan 21st - Food Concessions - 4 volunteers needed, track meet at SDSU SJAC

Jan 28th - Ice Cream Stand - 4 volunters needed, Women's BB Frost Arena

Feb 2nd - Ice Cream Stand - 4 volunteers needed, Men's BB Frost Arena

Feb 16th - Ice Cream Stand - 4 volunteers needed, Women's BB Frost Arena

If the above shifts get filled up, more events will be added.  Please note if you are committing to a shift and can not make it, please let someone with BSC Board know, so BSC can find someone to fill the shift for you. There is a $250 fine for signing up for an event and then not having any one show up.  

Every shift worked by families will have $50.00 deducted from the $200 family fundraising requirement.   Each family can either work 4 shifts ($50/shift deducted from the $200 family requirement) or pay the $200 fundraising fee.  The fee will be charged on March 31st, 2023 to your team unify account if you still have shifts left to volunteer for.
