The Auburn Aquatics Swim Program offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Auburn Aquatics Swim Program to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

Pre-Team(Learn to Swim) This is our entry level group. An athlete need not be able to swim to enter this group. Olympic Strokes Group In the Olympic Strokes Group athletes focus mainly on learning four legal competitive strokes, having fun, and perfecting start and turn technique. Tiger Group From the Olympic Strokes group, athletes move into this group. Athletes in this group are usually at least 8 years old and have completed the Gold level move-up skills list. This group is exposed to training for the first time while trying to prepare for the 200 Freestyle and 200 Individual Medley races. Competing at swim meets is highly encouraged. Eagle Group Athletes entering this group must display a desire to begin training on a more committed basis. Competition at swim meets is expected in this group. Athletes in this group train for ALL competitive distances offered in his/her age group. Workout Days/Times: M-H 515-630PM F 5-630PM SUN 2-330PM Junior Group
Minimum age for this group is 10. Swimmers must show desire to compete and also show commitment to training. Stroke refinement and learning to have long and short range goals are the focus in this group. Athletes are expected to compete in meets.

Senior Group Minimum age for entry into this group is 14. Athletes entering the Senior group must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable. Senior Group Coach: Jeff Dellinger
