Factors considered for advancement include: attendance, attentiveness, attitude, and progression. 

The Coaches have the final say on team - level progressions. No exceptions.

Level 1

This level works on the basics of freestyle and backstroke, stamina, and core strength

This level includes progressive basics of freestyle and back, and introduces fly and breast. Stroke fluidity, breathing, and balance are the focus.

Level - 2

This level stresses advancing technique in all strokes, as well as consistent endurance discipline.

Level - 3

Swimming all four strokes efficiently while participating in high-intensity aerobic workouts.
