If you are swimming on a high school team that has its own practice and want to reserve your spot with MSA after the high school season, you MUST register as a High School swimmer by September 1. A flat fee of $115.00 will allow you to practice with MSA on Saturdays, school holidays, and after the high school season ends until November 30th. Starting December 1st, monthly practice fees will apply. If you want to practice regularly with MSA during the high school season, regular monthly rates apply. Registrations received after September 1 will incur a $200 administration fee.

**Beginning September 1, all families must create an account with USA Swimming (USA-S). Once an account is created, families must register each swimmer. The yearly fee for USA Swimming is $80 per swimmer and must be paid directly to USA-S. MSA will email each family a specific team link for registration. Families are responsible for ensuring their swimmers are registered with USA-S prior to participating in any meets. Families will be responsible for any penalty fees incurred due to a failure to register with USA-S prior to meet participation. This is a new process, so more details will come as we receive them.

While we hope to spend the entire year/season with your swimmer training and competing with MSA, we also understand that situations and life circumstances sometimes dictate otherwise. If it becomes necessary for your swimmer to leave the team, you must inform both the head coach, Pam VonJouanne, and the president, Britt Blankenship, by the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month’s dues.

We look forward to having you join the Madison Swimming Association and are excited for another great season!
