March Swimmers of the Month

Gil Stovall

10&Under: Aubrielle Tremor, Sailfish

Here’s what Coach Kelsey has to say about Aubrielle: In my 15 years of coaching I’ve never had a swimmer with perfect 100% attendance until Aubrielle joined our team. Since her first day with Tigers in the middle of October, Aubrielle has been to every practice, team event and swim meet that we have offered. Not only does she enjoy coming to practice, but she also works extremely hard with a laser focus on improving her strokes. Aubrielle has dropped time in all the events she’s raced this year and I know she will continue to improve for years to come. Keep up the good work Aubrielle!

11&Over: Coleman Kimmel, Senior Blue

Here’s what Coach Gil has to say about Coleman: Coleman Kimmel has earned our March swimmer of the month for a multitude of reasons.  He exudes the character that we teach our Tigers, in and out of the pool.  While at practice, Coleman gives his best efforts at practice everyday.  Each day he walks on the pool deck with a smile on his face, and he is always encouraging of his teammates.  Aside from Coleman’s great character, he has achieved great heights in the pool as well.  While competing at YMCA Nationals in Greensboro, NC, Coleman achieved personal records every time he dove in the pool (100 Breast - 58.33, 200 Breast - 2:09.21, 200 IM - 1:56.50, 400 IM - 4:13.10).  Congratulations, Coleman! We are beyond proud of Coleman and all of the hard work he has done this year!
