Spring 2023 Classes begin March 6th and end May 18th. WE WILL NOT BE OBSERVING SPRING BREAK WEEK. Make ups for spring break week can be rescheduled with the instructor.

Swim Lesson Program Information

We pride ourselves on quality in-water instruction and coaching from the pool deck. Our teaching method is fun, engaging and successful. Prime Instructors and coaches use quick and effective teaching styles so that our swimmers can improve through repetition and constant feedback.  We offer our quality program for both homeschool and after school, located at Green Meadow Country Club, Alcoa. 

• Sea Turtles (Level 1) - Introduction to Swimming and Freestyle (30 minutes) - This class is geared towards the swimmer that may or may not be comfortable in the water; very few or no previous lessons, and a true beginner to the program.  The focus will be on building on their comfort level and developing proper freestyle technique. For ages 5 and up. ​ 

           Spring 2023 Classes: M 2:15, 4:00; Tu 2:15, 3:15; W 2:30, 4:00; Th2:15, 3:15

*Fees for the class are $68, charged monthly on the first of the month. Sibling discount available.

• Sea Otters (Level 2) - Introduction to Backstroke and refining Freestyle (30 minutes) - This class is for the swimmer that is comfortable in the water and can successfully swim freestyle, or has been promoted from Level 1. While continuing to build on their freestyle, this class will focus on developing the backstroke and how to properly execute drills involving both strokes. For ages 5 and up.

           Spring 2023 Classes: M 5:30; Tu 2:45, 3:45; W 3:00; Th 2:45

• Sea Monkeys (Level 3) - Intro to Butterfly (45 minutes) while refining freestyle and backstroke  - This is for the swimmer that has shown they can handle the longer class by successfully swimming multiple 25-yard drills in both freestyle and backstroke.  Swimmers will work on learning proper Butterfly techniques and drills, as well as building endurance. 
  • Fees for the classes are $75, charged monthly on the first of the month. Sibling discount available

• Sea Horses (Level 4) - Mastery of Breaststroke and continue refining all other strokes (45 minutes) -  Swimmers at this level have mastered the butterfly techniques and are ready to move on to breast stroke. Drills including learning breaststroke techniques are focused on with this level.  
  • Fees for the classes are $75, charged monthly on the first of the month. Sibling discount available

• Sea Monkeys/Sea Horses Combined (Levels 3 & 4) - (45 minutes) -  This is a combined class of both Levels 3 and 4.

           Spring 2023 Classes: M 2:45, 4:00; Tu 1:30, 3:15; W 4:30, 4:00

• Sea Lions (Level 5) - Competitive swimming development (60 minutes)- This program is geared towards the swimmer wanting to continue their training with the focus on competitive swimming.  This class is coached from the pool deck, and structured like a competitive practice with teaching drills, working on stroke techniques, and developing endurance with the longer format.  Upon completion of this class, swimmers will be prepared to join the competitive team and continue training with Prime Aquatics. 

 

           Spring 2023 Classes: M 4:30; Tu 12:30; W 5:15; Th 1:15

Sea Stars (Preschool) Lessons ~ We offer Exploration in the Water for ages 3-5 ~ Introduction to basic water safety and swimming skills. Children will be taught the beginning mechanics of swimming in a fun and exciting manner. (30 minutes). Numbers will be limited to maintain smaller group size. Please provide your swimmer with their own goggles

Registration Information

When registering your swimmers, please do so as though ordering multiple services in a shopping cart.  Register the first child in their class and go through all the steps. Then, you will add the second child and proceed the same way.  After you have gone through the process for all your children, then you will pay for the classes.  Please don't hesitate to email if you have any issues.  You should receive a confirmation email when you have successfully completed the registration process.
