Masters Coach
Job Type - Part Time
Overview - Tennessee Aquatics is hiring energetic and personable coaches for our Masters program. The TNAQ Masters Team promotes health, wellness, and competition through swimming. We're looking for coaches who are willing to work with athletes aged 18-90 to help them advance their swimming goals. You'll be working with a knowledgeable staff who's ready to bring you on board with the team.
Requirements -
- Fun and energetic personality
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable communication (call, text, email)
- Willingness to work with a team
- Swim coach or instructor experience (preferred)
Days and Times-
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 5:30 - 6:30 am
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 11:30 - 12:45 pm
Saturday - 7:00 - 8:15 am
Compensation-
Starting at $13 an hour, potential for higher pay based on experience.

Swim Clinic Instructor
Tennessee Aquatics is looking for coaches for our YMCA Swim Clinics. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, knowledgeable, ethical, and able to effectively communicate with swimmers, parents, and other coaches. The Swim Clinics focus on teaching and refining all four strokes, as well as working on competitive racing skills including starts, turns, strength, speed, and endurance in the water.
We are looking to hire part time, hourly employees for the August 30th to October 28th session.
The positions we are looking to fill are:
Tuesday and Thursday from 6:15 PM to 8:15 pm at the Westside YMCA
