2022-2023 High School & Middle School Meets

ALL DIVING Meets will be performed on Friday's NOT SUNDAY

Requirements:

All athletes need to be registered with their schools swim and dive team. TNAQ is not affiliated with the local school systems. We are here to provide competitions and training for divers.

Please let your coach know if you are homeschool or would like to compete for a school that does not have a team. A separate registration is needed.

If you are a non TNAQ registered athlete and you would like to participate in competitions then you will need to register for AAU Diving and pay the "Out of house" $25 per event fee. Checks can be made directly to Tennessee Aquatics.

Dual meets will consist of 6 dives for high school (1 required dive, 5 optional dives) and 5 dives for middle school (3 Required dives and 2 optional dives)  

Championship meets such as City Meet or State meet will consist of 11 dives for high school (5 required dives, 6 optional dives) and 8 dives for middle school (4 required dives and 4 optional dives).
