Bay County Middle School Swimming

 

Middle School Swimming is a program sponsored by the Panama City Swim Team for middle school students in Bay County to learn the sport of swimming and compete for their school.  The program is 7 weeks in length and includes 3 swim meets (competitions).  Each swimmer will learn and practice fundamental swimming skills with their teammates over the 7 week period.  

No previous competitive experience is necessary!

All middle school students from Bay County are eligible to participate, including Home School/Virtual School Students!

    


 

2022 Program Dates:

March 20 -May 4
          
 

Registration Cost:
$120 ($60 for current PCST Swimmers)
Registration cost includes: Team Cap, Team T-Shirt, practices fees, and competition fees            
Online Registration Begins on Monday, February 6

Practices:
Practices for middle school swimming will be held at either the Frank Brown Park Pool or at the Mosley High School Pool
 
Schools Practicing at Frank Brown Park:
Breakfast Point Academy, Surfside Middle, Home Schools
 
Schools Practicing at Mosley High School:
University Academy, Mowat, Merrit Brown, North Bay Haven, Bay Haven, Jinks, Holy Nativity, Covenant Christian, Bozeman etc.

Swim Meets:
All Swim Meets will take place at Gulf Coast State College
         
 
 
March 30: Meet #1 - Freestyle/Backstroke Meet
April 13: Meet #2 - Breaststroke/Butterfly Meet
May 4: Meet #3 - Championship Meet (ALL 4 EVENTS)
