Volunteers Needed for PCST Beach Blast Swim Meet at Frank Brown Park!
For all of our swim meets hosted at Frank Brown Park, we are responsible for supplying all Timers, Runners, Officials, Timing System Operators and Hospitality workers among a few other things.  Thankfully, we have several dedicated parents that have been trained and/or certified as our Timing System Operators and Officials (although we always need more so please check into becoming an Official or Computer Operator.)  Our biggest need at every meet is Timers because the meet will not begin until we have 2 Timers per lane and a Head Timer.  We plan on running 10 lanes so we will need around 23 Timers per session, which includes a couple of relief Timers.  Hospitality staff is also important because they keep the volunteers fed and hydrated before, during and after the meet; post results and label ribbons.  Madeline Fulton runs an amazing Hospitality Room, but she needs at least 3 people to help her during each session so that we can run refreshments out to our volunteers on deck while also performing the other tasks.  Please check the Job Signup as soon as possible to see where you can help the team with the meet and contribute to providing a great experience for our dedicated swimmers and our visitors.  We have established a reputation for hosting great meets and in return we generate important revenue to help keep our dues lower.  You can find the volunteer sign-up at the following link:  https://www.teamunify.com/team/sepcst/controller/cms/admin/index#/calendar-team-events/job:1074413

Team Vendor – Swim and Tri!
Swim and Tri is the official team vendor of PCST!  Swim and Tri is one of the largest and most well respected swimming equipment vendors in the country.  Paul and Patrice Wolfensberger are wonderful people who have built what started as a small swim shop in Knoxville, Tennessee into a shop that serves swim teams across the country.  We are very excited to be partners with Swim and Tri.  Make sure to check out the Swim and Tri PCST Team Portal and look for all of the great discounts.  You can access the Team Portal by clicking the Swim and Tri logo on the PCST Home Page (toward the bottom right of the page).
