PCST College Swimmers Finish Season With Great Swims!

Collegiate swimmers across the country are currently out of the pool just like the rest of us but I wanted to take some time to go over some results from PCST alumni at college swim meets in February.

Chase Bolding (SO – Birmingham Southern College)
Chase was named the Southern Athletic Association Newcomer of the Year for 2020.  At the 2020 SAA Swimming and Diving Championships February 12-15 in Birmingham, Chase competed in the following events:
200 Medley Relay (1st), 800 Freestyle Relay (1st), 200 Individual Medley, 100 Butterfly (1st), 100 Breaststroke (2nd), 400 Medley Relay (1st), 200 Butterfly (1st)

Carson Bronnenberg (SR – University of West Florida)
At the 2020 NSISC Swimming and Diving Championships February 19-22 in Cleveland, Mississippi, Carson competed in the following events:
1 meter Diving (4th), 3 meter Diving (4th)

Maddie Campbell (FR – University of West Florida)
At the 2020 NSISC Swimming and Diving Championships February 19-22 in Cleveland, Mississippi, Maddie competed in the following events:
200 Individual Medley, 50 Freestyle, 100 Butterfly, 100 Backstroke, 200 Backstroke

Mason Legg (FR – Birmingham Southern College)
At the 2020 SAA Swimming and Diving Championships February 12-15 in Birmingham, Alabama, Mason competed in the following events:
50 Freestyle, 200 Freestyle Relay, 100 Butterfly (9th), 100 Back (13th), 200 Back (8th)

Chad McGuire (JR – Florida State University)
At the 2020 Auburn University Invite February 7-9 in Auburn, Alabama, Chad competed in the following events:
200 Individual Medley (8th), 100 Breaststroke 5th), 200 Breaststroke (2nd)

Sam Rix (FR – University of Montevallo)
At the 2020 NSISC Swimming and Diving Championships February 19-22 in Cleveland, Mississippi, Sam competed in the following events:
200 Medley Relay, 200 Freestyle Relay, 100 Butterfly, 400 Medley Relay, 200 Butterfly, 800 Freestyle Relay, 400 Freestyle Relay

Spencer Sehlhorst (FR – University of Cincinnati)
Spencer established a new UC School Record in the 400 yard IM.  At the 2020 AAC Swimming and Diving Championships February 19-22 in Houston, Texas, Spencer competed in the following events:
200 Individual Medley (5th), 400 Individual Medley (2nd), 200 Breaststroke (13th)

Savanna Suggs (SO – Lynn University)
At the 2020 Sunshine State Swimming and Diving Championships February 13-16 in Clearwater, Florida, Savanna competed in the following events:
200 Individual Medley, 100 Breaststroke, 200 Breaststroke

Shane Williams (JR – Truman State University)
At the 2020 GLVC Swimming and Diving Championships February 12-15 in Crawfordsville, Indiana, Shane competed in the following events:
50 Freestyle, 200 Freestyle Relay, 200 Freestyle, 400 Medley Relay, 100 Breaststroke, 50 Freestyle
