Championship Season Kicks Off at Region 4 Championships!
Panama City Swim Team opened the Short Course Championship season at the SES Region 4 Championships in Pensacola. The meet featured more than 400 swimmers representing teams from Florida and Alabama. Keely Stevenson qualified for the NCSA Junior National Championships in the 200 yard Backstroke. Twelve year old Blair Wootson established three new PCST Team Records and won eight of his ten individual events. Other PCST swimmers winning events included: Mason Gonczol (3x), Cash Bullard (2x), Ben Parsons (2x), Keely Stevenson (2x), and Blake Martin (1x). What a way for these swimmers to start our Short Course Championship season! Statistics from the meet are listed below:
