Bronze Group: 

3:30 - 4:30 pm: Mon - Thurs

  • Attendance: Coach Recommends Minimum 2 days / Week; Swimmers may always attend ALL practice

Silver Group: 

3:30 - 4:30 pm: Mon - Thurs

  • Attendance: Coach Recommends Minimum 3 days / Week; Swimmers may always attend ALL practice

Gold Group:

4:30 - 6:00 pm: Mon / Wed / Friday

3:30 - 5:00 pm: Tues & Thursday

9:00 - 10:00 am: Saturdays

  •  Attendance: Coach Recommends Minimum 3 days / Week; Swimmers may always attend ALL practice

Varsity Group (Fitness Group):

4:30 - 6:00 pm: Mon / Wed / Friday

5:00 - 6:30 pm: Tues & Thursday

9:00 - 10:00 am: Saturdays

  • Attendance: All swimmer encouraged to attend as many practice as possible; this is fitness training group for athletes looking to maintain a swimming fitness level as they prepare for other sports (Off Season Water Polo, Tri-athletes etc)
  • ***Practice Times vary to give maximum flexibility to athletes persuing other sports seasons***

Senior Prep Group:

3:30 - 5:00 pm: Mon / Wed / Friday

APT - 5:15 - 6:00 pm: Mon / Wed / Friday

4:30 - 6:00 pm: Tues & Thursday

8:00 - 10:00 am: Saturdays​

Senior Elite Group:

CSA's Athlete Performance Training (APT): An age appropriate introduction to strength and conditioning specifically designed for swimmers by our certified Human Performance Coach. This program is geared towards our developing senior athletes and specifically programed to reinforce athletic movements designed to improve fitness and competitive swimming performance. The goal of this training is to build overall athleticism in our athletes by teaching them foundational movements as well as skills transferable across a variety of sports; insuring our athletes are well rounded in their performance capabilities and are provided tools for continued success as lifetime athletes.
