- Receipt of Employee Handbook (on the last page)

- W-4
- CA Employers Withholding Certificate
- ADP Information Sheet
- CA Wage Theft Prevention Notice
- Work Permit (if under 18, must be completed beginning of each school year)
TRAINING - The following training must be completed prior to starting (Exceptions for Lifeguard Certification and Foundations of Coaching 201 courses will be made). You must complete all training and PRINT OUT certificates of completion. Your Supervisor must be giving ALL certificates prior to starting work.
