Coach Noah has been with the SSD coaching staff since December of 2017 and met head coach, Greg Spire, during a short overlap on another team. While he never swam directly for Coach Greg, he admires the respect that swimmers have for him. SSD was Coach Noah's first call when looking for a coaching position.
Coach Noah has an extensive background with swimming, having swum 14 years competitively, including 4 years of varsity swimming at Torrey Pines High School as well as 2 years at the collegiate level at Brandeis University. Though he retired due to an injusry, Coach Noah maintains a passion for the sport and coaching. His favorite thing about coaching at SSD is witnessing the athletes become better versions of themselves in and out of the pool by breaking through physical and mental barriers, allowing them to achieve more success than they though possible.
Coach Noah is an avid Arizona Cardinals fan and loves fantasy football. In addition, in his free time, you can find him playing disc golf with Coach Kai or traveling around the West Coast.

Coach Sean has been with SSD since 2018 and has been swimming for 11 years. Being a native to the San Diego area, he swam competitively with South Bay Aquatics. Currently, he attends UCSD as an undergraduate student at Eleanor Roosevelt College. Sean enjoys coaching at SSD because of how rewarding it is to see improvement with swimmers he has worked with for so many years. Some of his hobbies include music, smash bros, and yugioh!
