REVIEW OF CONCUSSION SAFETY RESOURCES (ROWAN’S LAW) The Ministry of Tourism Culture and Sport very recently provided provincial sport organizations including Cross Country Ski Ontario information and resources related to the implementation of Rowan’s Law on July 1, 2019.   Rowan’s Law, the legislation and the regulation, is about concussion safety.  This has implications for clubs and sports offering programs to athletes under the age of 26.  Rowan’s Law (Concussion Safety), 2018 makes it mandatory for sports organizations to: ensure that athletes under the age of 26 and parents of athletes under 18 confirm every year that they have reviewed...
