Be Informed
The Board of Directors for the Club invites you to join them on April 27 between 3-5 PM for the Annual General Meeting (AGM).  Aside from some required procedures for a not-for-profit organization, the key topics of discussion could be important to you:
  • Financial update
  • Update on the Club Strategic Plan including new membership & volunteer co-ordinator
  • Programs planned for 2019/20 season
  • Presentation of new Bond Hour program for youth programs
  • Coaching organization and resource requirements (Biathlon coach, assistant Comp coach, volunteer coaches)
  • Election of the Board
There will be childcare.  If you plan to bring your kid(s), please bring their running shoes and appropriate clothing to have fun outside!  The Club's senior athletes will be there to keep them busy and active.
Board of Advisors Positions
Have Your Say
The Board is a highly dynamic group that sets the strategic direction of the Club and manages its operations.  Meeting about 10x per year, this group is required to have the following positions elected each year:
  • Chair
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
In addition there are key leadership roles on the Board focused on fundraising, volunteer & membership planning, programming, and more.

If you have a passion for the Club and/or experience in any these areas, please come to the AGM!
