Caribou and Muskox

Why would your athlete want to take part in this extension of the Caribou/Muskox programs? 

It gives them the opportunity to find out what the next step in learning to ski well and have fun on skis is all about. 

The sessions are short (25-30 min).  The strength practice is focused on bodyweight and core exercises, with proper technique and are modified to reflect the age and stage of development of the athletes.

Track Attack

Why would a Track Attack athlete continue with this virtual program?

It continues where we left off after we had to give up in-person practices. 

The strength sessions are focused on core and body weight exercises-technique is stressed.  The technique sessions use video of national and international level skiers to show the athletes what they can do on snow.  These sessions will directly help them in their athletic and ski development.
