Jackrabbit/Bunny Leader Apprentice – This would be a person to help out the group leaders, it could change each week.  They would help with picking up athletes when they fall, carrying the back-pack with extra hats mits, help set-up any games.  They would never be alone with the group or individual participants.  They would not need criminal reference check or concussion safety because they are not responsible for the participants.  Please contact Luke/group leader to help.

Jackrabbit Supply Order Packing – helping Tessa & Kelly packing up Jackrabbit Books & Supplies for other clubs.  This Job would be limited to Monday afternoons, or Wednesday evenings – Contact Tessa

Bunny & Jackrabbit Snacks – Put out snacks for each group before they return at the end of the session (Trailblazers supply the snackes) 0.25 Hours per time (Need one for JR and one for Bunnies) – Contact Luke

Jackrabbit Carnival Coordinator – Someone to organize the Year end carnival for JR’s and Bunnies – Need one for Saturday and one for Sunday (8 Service hours automatically for this position) – Contact Luke

Carnival Station Supervisor – Work with the carnival co-ordinator to run one of the stations on the day of carnival. Please contact Carnival Co-Ordinator (TBD).

Team Room Tidy-up – Someone to clean up the Team room after the Bunnies and Jackrabbits are done – both Saturday and Sunday.  Contact Luke

Big Brown Box Tidy-up – Someone to clean up the Big Brown Box after Track Attack and Jr Devo are done in the portable each session – Contact Gord Salt

Ski Play Park Creation and Maintenance – We will need about 10 volunteers for this job we believe, to help Gord create the bumps and curves in the play park.  Each week the play park will need to be groomed (snow shoe packing) and touched up again Need to bring Snow Scope and Shovel – Contact Gord Salt

Trim Branches on the Trail Network – Branches are always overhanging the trail network and need to be cut back.  Contact Chanse

Range Set-up And Tear Down – Biathlon Bears start at 12:30 and need help putting mats and targets out, they also will need help around 2 pm putting it all away.  Contact Coach Tammy or Coach David.

Update the Trailblazers Team Picture Board – Someone to organize images and update the Trailblazers Team Board at the bottom of the stairs – Contact Claire

Videographer/Photographer – we are going to be purchasing a TV to mount in the cafeteria, we need someone to take videos of each of the groups and also pictures to upload to a SD card to play each week on the TV.  This person would need to circulate to each of the groups Bunnies, Track Attack, Jr Devo, Bears, Comp, Comp .22 etc etc.  these videos and pictures can also be used for Social Media Posts – Contact Claire

Chanse Helper – Since Highlands Nordic donates all of the ski passes for the coaches and leaders (plus many other things that support the club), we think it only fair that we can offer some assistance, Chanse will have random jobs available each week – Contact Chanse

Paint the New Podium – The Spartan Race donated their podium, we would like to paint it Trailblazer blue so we can use it for future races.  Trailblazers will provide the paint, we just need someone to paint it. Contact Scott McCulloch

World Snow Day - January 19, 2020 - Highlands Nordic is looking for volunteers for the following tasks:  Provide hot chocolate and marshmallow roasting at the Sugar Shack, Host a yoga on skis session, Teach skiers how to go up and down hills. Shifts would be from 10:30am-12:00pm and 12:00pm to 1:30pm and 1:30pm to 3:00pm. Contact Tessa
