The Saint Lawrence Swim Team is an active team.  Our swimmers practice daily and year round. See our current schedule below.

Practice times are changed twice a year: Summer season (mid June - mid Aug) &  School year season ( mid Aug - mid June).

Foxtrot ( Pre-comp):

Monday, Wednesday & Friday:

3:30 pm - 4:15 pm

Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:

3:30 pm - 4:15 pm

Bravo (First Level Competitive):

Monday - Friday:

4:15 pm – 5:00 pm

Alpha (Second Level Competitive):

Monday - Friday:

Tango (National Level)

Monday - Friday:

5:00 pm -7:00 pm

Summer Schedule which will begin on MONDAY, JUNE 13^th2022 till August 12th, 2022;

Foxtrot Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday, from 4:00 to 4:45pm.

Foxtrot Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 4:00 to 4:45pm.

Dolphins Saturday, from 9 to 10:00AM. (No change)

Bravo Monday through Friday from 4:45 to 5:30pm.

Alpha Monday through Fridays from 5:30 to 6:45pm.  

Tango Monday through Friday from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
