Group Training and Advancement:

We have seven different training groups in our program. 

Orange (grades K-up), Junior 2(grades 3-6), Bronze (grades 5-6), Silver (grades 6-8), Gold (grades 7-8), Senior 2 (grades 9-12), Senior 1 (grades 9-12)

The AquaSol coaching staff make all group placement decisions for the athletes. 

Group placement involves several factors, and is always a decision that the coaching staff feels will best serve the individual swimmer. Training ability and technique, maturity, and commitment, are all factors considered in the decision-making process.

A cornerstone of the team philosophy at AquaSol is to consider the development of the swimmer, and how the training progression will best serve the longevity of that athlete so they stay in the sport and achieve their goals. Our group placement and advancement support our view of creating challenges, both athletically and emotionally, that are age appropriate.
